Autumn’s Awesome at the Palace

Ok, so we all know that the Hudson Valley absolutely ROCKS the month of October. Beautiful fall foliage in the mountains and along the Hudson River, fresh, ready-to-pick apples from our local family farms, crisp mornings that are perfect for  walks across the Walkway, hard cider, craft beer, farm festivals…… AND all things pumpkin.   Here at the Palace we have Pumpkin Pancakes on our menu – served with fresh whipped butter and local maple syrup. Order a full order (if you dare) or a short stack. We have fresh baked pumpkin pie and pumpkin cheesecake from our in house bakery.
